Spring Fishing at Fort Gibson Lake Oklahoma

So Aaron the Average Fisherman and I went to Fort Gibson Lake in Oklahoma to do a little spring fishing. When we got there a cold front had moved through and the water temperature was in the low 50's. The wind was blowing about 12 miles an hour out of the north and the outside temperature was near 45 degrees in the mornings, although it warmed up in the afternoon to mid 60's. After a couple of days of fishing we noticed a pattern to the fish there. In the morning they would be near the rocks and later in the day they would move to shallows.
On the third day, the outside temperature was around 74 in the afternoon and water was up too 62 degrees. This was the perfect time. Almost every fish we caught was around 3 lbs. We fished in water that was about 3-6 foot and in flooded timber.
